What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a therapeutic modality that uses sound waves and vibration, playing instruments and using the voice to help balance the body, mind, and spirit. It is based on the idea that everything in the universe is vibrating at a specific frequency, including our bodies.
When we are in a state of harmony and balance, our bodies are vibrating at their optimal frequency, but when we experience stress or illness, our vibration can become disrupted.
Sound healing can help restore this balance by using specific frequencies to help release tension, increase circulation and stimulate the body's natural healing process.

My name is Belle Humble, and I am the founder of Sunlight Sound, a comfortable, sound healing space that you can tune into online or within a group setting. I reside in London where I hold regular soundbaths within my local community and online. I also facilitate well-being sessions and am available for private bookings.
I am a certified Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) instructor from the Nada Yoga school in India, and studied sound healing at the Sound Healing Academy in the UK.
I am a platinum selling songwriter, vocalist, and recording artist with a passion for sound healing and meditation. I have turned to these practices to help me on my journey through life and am thrilled to share them with you.
